What a connection does

Four connections. One workflow.

Every connected payer plugs into the same DentacoreOS workflow, from the first eligibility check to the posted payment.

Eligibility & benefits

Check a patient's coverage and benefits with the payer in one click, before they reach the chair.

Dental claims

Claims go out electronically the same day as the visit, after an automatic check for common denial reasons.

Claim status

Claims with no answer after 30 days get an automatic status check with the payer, so nothing slips through.

Electronic remittance

Payment files are matched to each claim and posted automatically, write-offs and patient balances included.

Getting connected

Enrollment, done with you.

Most payers accept eligibility checks and dental claims straight away. Electronic remittances always need a one-time enrollment with each payer, and a few payers ask for enrollment before claims too. The directory marks these, and we walk you through each one during onboarding.

What does "one-time enrollment" mean?

The payer asks your practice to register once before it accepts that transaction from you. Some registrations take one click, others take a few forms. Open any payer in the directory to see the usual time.

My payer isn't listed. Can I still bill it?

Yes. DentacoreOS prints claims on the standard ADA claim form for mailing, and payments from paper EOBs are posted by hand. Tell us which payers you bill most and we'll check them before you go live.

How current is this list?

Payers change what they support from time to time. This directory was last updated on 30 October 2026, and we confirm your own payers before go-live.
